In accordance with current legislation on data protection, users accept that the personal data they provide when they register, or any other data given to Kid Bross, S.L. will be added to files owned by the company, in order to provide the services requested, to correctly identify users requesting personalised services, to carry out statistical studies on registered users, for carrying out basic administrative tasks, and for keeping you informed about news, products and services connected with Kid Bross, S.L..

Kid Bross, S.L. undertakes to fulfil its obligation of keeping personal data secret and of handling them confidentially and will use the technical, organisational and security measures required to prevent unauthorised alteration, loss, handling or access, as set out in Organic Law 15/1999 dated 13 December, on Personal Data Protection and other applicable legislation.

Users will, in any case, be responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, and Kid Bross, S.L. reserves the right to exclude any users who supplies false data from the registered services, notwithstanding any other actions contemplated by the Law.
